Rental Prices

Casita Sanchis is a great base to explore inland Spain.We keep our prices realistic and operate 4 price bands.

We also offer specialist holiday breaks as well as independently renting the casita.However we DO NOT have both running at the same time.

2 October to 12 February 210 pounds

13 February to 4 April 250

5 April to 31 May 275 pounds

1 June to 1 October 300 pounds

Initially we request you complete a rental agreement and send 50% of your rental fee.This can be paid in either sterling or euros.Please let us know which you prefer.Six weeks prior to your holiday the full payment for the rental is required.

A refundable security deposit of £75 pounds is required on arrival.

We advise you to take out holiday insurance in case of cancellation by yourselves.

If you would like an extensive welcome pack of groceries we can arrange this at an additional cost of £20.Supermarkets are closed here on Sundays.

We are always looking for skill exchanges in the winter months when we have to do repairs and prepare veg plots and pick olives!If you would like a working break in exchange for board please let us know.
