Rental Prices

Casita Sanchis is a great base to explore inland Spain.We keep our prices realistic.

 From 15 october to March 2012 winter breaks £150 per week .We have  maps,routes and local knowledge to help plan your  walks.

                                                                                                                      

Initially we request you complete a rental agreement and send 50% of your rental fee.This can be paid in either sterling or euros.Please let us know which you prefer.Six weeks prior to your holiday the full payment for the rental is required.

A refundable security deposit of 75 EUROS is required on arrival.


We advise you to take out holiday insurance in case of cancellation by yourselves.

If you would like an extensive welcome pack of groceries we can arrange this at an additional cost of 30 EUROS Paid on arrival.Supermarkets are closed here on Sunday.
We are always looking for skill exchanges in the winter months when we have to do repairs and prepare veg plots and pick olives!If you would like a working break in exchange for board please let us know.
