Xativa is 20 minutes away and has an interesting castle where you can see for miles from its walls.Hannibal came through here with his elephants! Xativa has a variety of restaurants.
Albufera de Anna is a place to take the whole family, spend the entire day lounging around in the fresh air whilst also being able to enjoy a swim in a natural (but shallow) swimming pool?
The Albefera de Anna offers all this and more. It features several restaurant's (menus available and also very good wood cooked paella's and a well stocked children's playground.
Bocairent is a lovely medieval town with cobbled streets,small bull ring,traditional tapas,cave dwellings and monastery.Great menu del dia at the Rotunda bar.
Beaches are 30 minutes away at Miramar.Here you will find lovely safe beaches with miles of white sand.Great for a traditional paella marisco.Oliva,Gandia,Piles are other places to soak up the sun.
